When we first got with the company they never sent us a bill "it was in email" when I asked for a bill to be sent! Than they actually sent me a bill and 2 of the times it was different due dates so it made me late! So I've been paying late fees! Also I get a note from my apartments saying they won't take my rent if I don't pay what's past due! When I called and said I will pay y'all !! The company gouges low income customers with late fees. For a customer with a bill for $14.00, the fee for being 2 days late is $15.00. That is more than the bill. Their explanation was that we charge all customers the same fee. That is not fair. A person with a studio apartment with very little consumption should not have the same fees as a 5,000 sq/ft house with a $200 bill. They can do better.
