RecommendedWe were traveling from NH for a weekend in western NY when the hose to my daughter's turbo came off. We managed to stick it back on enough to limp to Oneonta Ford. Salima greeted us warmly, talked with the service manager Scott, and let us know we would be next for service. Excellent customer service! I was up from the state of Maryland on vacation when a part broke off my Explorer. I placed a call to Oneonta Ford Service Department and spoke with Scott. From the jump, Scott was courteous and empathetic to my situation. I wasn't sure if we would be able to find a solution but Scott and the team made it happen. We now live in North Carolina and were visiting our parents in the area. Two days before we were scheduled to drive home with our travel trailer, our 2018 F150 started misfiring above 2000rpm. While other dealers in the area told us we’d have to wait 2 weeks before they’d help us, Oneonta Ford gave us an appointment the next day! I had a horrible experience with the parts department. I wouldn’t recommend buying parts or expecting this department to be helpful. Especially parts man “Dave”. I called NYE ford in Oneida and they were more than happy to help.
They were great and we had fast service. The salesman keegon was excellent. This was my daughters first new car.
