Very professional, thorough, and helpful
Not very transparent...have asked several times for a copy of my original loan agreement but they have ignored each and every request. Their loans are also incredibly expensive and they lied about how it would effect my credit score in order to obtain my business(shows a real lack ethics and integrity.
