I've been a customer with them for some time now, with one paid loan and one current. Everything has been great, until I called to refinance into a new loan. I was told conflicting information by three people. The last person I spoke to was incredibly encouraging and polite, but I specifically asked her the total amount I would owe on different loan figures after she ran my credit. We have dealt with OneMain for over 2 yrs now. We have NEVER had a bad experience. They have always been helpful, kind and extremely friendly. We live in the Boardman area and drive to Ravenna because of the great service we receive there. Shaun and Jenna and the newest person we have dealt with Dave are amazing. When we apply for a loan we get funds within 1-2 days. I would recommend One main to anyone!
