RecommendedThe equipment at this gym is varied, clean and new. I was able to try a lot of different equipment that I do not see at other gyms. I worked with an amazing trainer- Stephanie- who I highly recommend. She was knowledgable and kind, just guiding me on different exercises that could help me with my goals. Definitely a great place to work out!
RecommendedExtremely clean, friendly staff, great amenities. There's a great selection of machines and other equipment and rarely a wait to get the machine you want. There's something here for everyone no matter level or goal. The music is always good and so many different things to do and alternate rooms and tons of classes at all hours.
