Top of the line Precor, Hoist, FreeMotion, Octane & more. Free WiFi and TVs built into our cardio equipment. With individual lockers, private showers, Italian tile, and luxurious spa products. Don't blame us if you start to prefer getting cleaned up at the gym instead of at home.

Don't be intimidated to try the classes out. The instructors are encouraging and no one is judging your fitness level. Jen's Strength and Length class is my favorite.
