In town temporarily and was looking for a gym. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. The gym itself has not equipment than I knew what to do with. I will definitely be back for future visits.
My first workout here yesterday - felt right at home! Been a gym rat forever & coming here from a pricer gym so that I can utilize my Silver Sneakers plan. Did my usual Body Pump class followed by Yoga. Love the Yoga Studio!
I’ve been going for over a year! I was reluctant to join a gym because I know myself! I started out seeing a trainer once a week to give me direction and a year later I’m still working out 3 times a week!!! Molly is an awesome trainer and has worked to bring me along as I’ve gotten stronger. The staff is so friendly and always say hello when you walk through the door. The facilities are clean and the other members are courteous. Can’t say enough good things about this gym!
I’m currently a member at Crunch. Crunch was the first gym I joined 20 years ago and I loved them. I’m not thrilled with the new iteration of Crunch for many reasons but mostly because the gyms are small and lacking a lot of equipment so I decided to try Onelife out since it’s close to where I work. I loved it. It’s clean, the members were considerate of each other and it has a lot of great amenities. Looks like I’ll be switching my membership!!

Best gym! The location is amazing and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff....
My family and I have been coming to this gym for almost 4 years now and the customer service has recently taken a turn for the worse. We were never greeted by front desk staff and then they began to ID us when we would come in to work out because scanning the membership card did not suffice. We did not feel like valued customers and are cancelling our memberships.
