I've been to and have worked at several fitness clubs over the years and I can honestly say that One Life Fitness is the best. Staff is FRIENDLY, POSITIVE and ENCOURAGING. The trainers are , positi You can feel the positive energy walking through the door.!
Sadly, I have to transfer gyms because I am moving. I am sad to go for many reasons but mostly because I will miss the awesome Grit class taught by Bob and Tyler Klein. They both have been super helpful anytime I had a question and they always motivate me to keep going � I wish I could bring brambleton onlife fitness with me. I will miss you �
I love everything about this gym! I've belonged to several different gyms throughout the years and this is the first place I've felt truly comfortable. Kyle, Christian, Tyler, Sierra, Sam...EVERYONE goes out of their way to help with anything in any way possible. If I knew everyone's names I'd be able to tell you something positive about each of them along with an example of how they've helped or encouraged me.
