My home gym is Onelife-Woodbridge. Compared to Woodbridge, the condition of the equipment at Brambleton sucks. The cable machine had sooo much extra resistance and it squealed and squeaked the entire time using it. The sauna was really cold. Come to find out, the door wouldn’t even close all the way. I had to use a stretching piece to wedge the door. Sent an email and couldn’t even get a response back. Next week I better see some results!
I have had enough of the lack of management and consideration for members. I have been a member for 5+ year. I lift and play basketball weeklyThe main reason for this email is the main basketball net has been torn down for 2 months. Its been reported numerous time and nothing has been done. RecommendedThis gym is awesome! It has an indoor & outdoor pool a zone four area, plenty of ellipticals and treadmills. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful!
Best gym in the area! Staff is extremely friendly and they do an AMAZING job at keeping the place clean and sanitized. What I love the most about this gym is that there is LOTS of open room compared to other gyms. 10/10 would recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great group exercise classes fit for everyone, every body.. Variety of gym equipment, though the group exercise classes are structured so well, may not need much equipment! There are many options for personal training for those who want. Friendly customer service staff, great instructors! Simply love the OneLife!!
