Great facility! Staff is very attentive to you and your fitness routine specific to your needs! They just expanded in Brambleton and there are plenty of opportunities to work out any time. Go for it!
The cleanest gym I've been in. Good equipment, convenient location.
Spacious gym and locker room with clean and modern equipment. Variety of many group exercise classes with engaging instructors. In nice neighborhood with good parking. Negatives: Could use more Hammer weight lifting machines, punching bag and more water fountains (only 1 for whole gym).
Love love love this gym. Everyone is so friendly and the equipment is top notch. The group fitness classes are the best!! We just moved after living in bram for 2.5 years. We miss our friends the most and sport and health next!!
