Great facility with the luxuries you'd expect. A place enjoyable to join and attend regularly because it's like family, caring, energetic and very friendly environment for everyone and has many options for personalized, fun or intense training with the best. I highly recommend!
Awesome training staff, new and innovative equipment, (LOVE the functional training octagon on the first floor. Even has an indoor tire flip and heavy bag) TONS of group classes - no extra charge or registration. Spacious, clean, with something for everyone, at any fitness level.
Great gym! Parking is easy, front desk staff is always polite and quick, great selection of machines, and fantastic fitness instructors!
I got kicked out of yoga class today. Rude and embarrassing. If the class maxes out at 25, turn the 26th person away. Don't make the 20th person get their shoes back on, roll up their mat and leave because they don't have a purple card. Ridiculous.
