This is the first time I have used a property management company, and I wasn't really sure of what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful in walking me through the process. They were also prompt and quick to get my paperwork done. They got me the house I wanted and made my year. Thank you O'neill Property management!!!
O'Neil Realty and Property Management does an excellent at customer service. They are always friendly and willing to help. They make the whole moving process as easy as possible. They advocated for updates in the home my family was moving to. Some things were found during the walk through that needed to be replaced and fixed. O'Neil Realty and Property Management had people come and fix everything the next day! They helped in alleviating so much of the stress that comes with moving. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

By far this has been one of the BEST property managements places that I have rented from. I have been a renter for almost 12 years and have dealt with other management places and directly with the owners as well. DO NOT RENT FROM O’NEILL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! I have rented through O'Neill Property Management since 2012. My experience with O’Neil was positive UNTIL I needed repairs made! The bottom of my hot water heater completely fell out and I was charged a $75 fee because the plumber that came out said there was nothing wrong with the hot water heater 2 weeks prior. I was charged another $75 for missing an appointment for our broken microwave that I had called and cancelled. (By the way, we are still without a microwave almost 2 mo... read more
We have been renting through O'Neill Property Management Corona for over a year. Everyone at O'Neill has been very nice and helpful. We have had a few maintenance issues come up. All I had to do was email or call Chelsey and she handled right away. We highly recommend O'Neill Property Management Corona.

So my husband and I are very happy with O neill. We had Chelsea help us and we love her! She has been awesome, we didn t have much rental experience but she helped us through everything. She is very kind and patient, & trust me I called her several times with questions and she was very informative and kind throughout the whole time. (it would personally bug me!) She let us see the house a 2nd time, and did not rush us one bit. So far our experience with O neill has been great!
