had a horrible experience with this Joey Oniel guy, He contacted me regarding the foreclosure of my home, he stated the bank would not help me, i either had to pay full amount or i had to file chapter 13 to save the home and he would be able to stop the foreclosure with a 3,500 fee and a monthly fee of 500 ontop of the mortgage, i have reported him to the Federal trade commission and i will be contacting my states consumer protection office.
Joey did an amazing job. His attention to detail and his communication with keeping me informed through the toughest time of my life was an experience I will never forget. As to the short negotiations I think Joey has a relentless drive to never give up for his clients to make sure that they get the best that they can in a bad situation.
