had a horrible experience with this Joey Oniel guy, He contacted me regarding the foreclosure of my home, he stated the bank would not help me, i either had to pay full amount or i had to file chapter 13 to save the home and he would be able to stop the foreclosure with a 3,500 fee and a monthly fee of 500 ontop of the mortgage, i have reported him to the Federal trade commission and i will be contacting my states consumer protection office.
