Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After signing a 1 yr contract, they attempted to raise my price by $60 a month in the middle of the contract. Then wouldn't take my calls when I tried to point out my contract guarantees my price for a full year. I then terminated their services after the contract ended, and they still continued to charge my credit card even though they were no longer providing service.
They took over after buying our previous landscape company. Since taking over, they have broke my fence, left mud tracks through my grass driving the mower to back yard, and tore up a huge patch of grass pushing my trampoline with their lawn mower. Sent email yesterday to cancel and complain, still haven't heard anything.
O'Neill went above and beyond on my lawn. Sam, Robert and Eli were professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for lawn care.
My lawn care guys just finished up my lawn in spite of some nasty weather! They always go above and beyond! Very happy I chose O'Neill!!!!
