Poor to no communication when they were short staffed/or weather related and could not show up weekly. Two to three weeks would go before they eventually showed up to cut lawn. When contacted to cancel service there was no "why are you canceling or how we can improve. Nothing which speaks volumes how they feel about their customers.

RecommendedO'Neill Landscpe Group did three jobs for us in the space of a few weeks. Sam Wirth came when he said he would and had his crew here on time. The cost for each job was very competative. O'Neill fixed a drainage problem, installed a sprinkler system, and built a beautiful walkway. I coudn't recommend them highly enougH. I give them five stars!!

I am thrilled with the overhaul and new look of my front yard bed. It’s so much cleaner and fresher now. I’m looking forward to the (3) Drift Apricot Rose bushes blooming and over the moon with the Creeping Gardenia and beautiful Crimson Fire Loropetalum. We also removed a small tree in the backyard and planted a beautiful Butterfly bush. Thank you Dain for helping pick the right plants and layout and to Victor and Alex who worked to make everything beautiful.

I highly recommend O'Neill! Sam and his crew put in a dry river bed with drains and new sod. They were excellent to work with and the end result looks beautiful.

ONeil did some work for next door neighbors, took some ivy down on a fence dividing our properties. In doing so they sprayed weed killer on the windiest day 2 1/2 weeks ago. The over-spray killed an area 15'w x 40'l in our yard. The ensuing rain further spread the weed killer down to the drain in our back yard and towards the front yard where the water stands after a hard rain, thus killing more grass. Our client had ivy growing near her fence that was spreading into the neighbor's yard to the right. Our client wanted us to remove this portion, however that is not a part of the job since the neighbor did not hire us to complete this work. The Account Manager shared with our client that he could spray the ivy but she would have to get approval from the neighbor. She said she would call him when she heard from her neighbors. Sam and his crew always do a great job! They are dependable and reasonably priced. We've used them for a few years for lawn maintenance. Their other company, Turf Xpert, has always done a great job seeding and fertilizing our yard as well.
