Marlin came and adjusted our system. He was excellent- efficient and knew what he was doing to make our boiler work as it was supposed to. Highly recommend O’Neill. They do what they promised!
7 callouts later, our heat pump issue is still not resolved. They never arrive at the scheduled times - often 4-5 hours late and we’ve been left without heat twice over a weekend when they are closed. I love the small company feel, but I don’t think we’re getting any of the upside of the experience. It feels like they are training staff on our time.
Ernest arrived to evaluate hit water heater and furnace to provide estimate. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and clearly explained his reasoning He came up with a plausible theory that could save us thousands of dollars. We await estimates.
Great job, came in found the issue, and we are getting warmer as I text. Thank you!
