Highly recommend ONeill. They were part of the original conatruction of my house and have also maintained my hvac systems. Their technicians are highly skilled, knowledgeable and always happy to explain everything. Shannon is always very helpful in scheduling service calls. I recently had an issue with a boiler part that failed and Vince was extremely helpful in fixing the system and restoring our heat and hot water. Highly recommend! O’Neill’s team is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with. My service technician Vince fixed my no heat and hot water issue on the same day. Shannon is always responsive and helps to arrange the maintenance appointments and diagnostic visits efficiently.
