Getting overcharged by the utility company, metergy that they force you to use. Going to cancel my lease early and move out. Never using boardwalk again after this metergy bs; it’s like 100 every two weeks and i barely use any power as i work all day. Elevators constantly down, place smells horrible, dirty. Don’t rent here. P.s. the reviews of this place look like bots.
The worst place I have ever lived. I’m speaking from my own experience living at Boldwalk, and unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this place. Now there is only ONE elevator for a 28-floor building, so waiting 20 minutes for an elevator is completely normal. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re just trying to get home.
