I absolutely love living at O’Neil Tower! The building is always super clean, well taken care of, and has such a welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to Rishta, the building manager — she’s amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure residents are happy and everything runs smoothly. You can really tell she cares about the building and the people who live here. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

I like to thank to all the cleaning ladies at the Boardwalk O’Neil tower. I’m a member of O’Neil tower community for years. The cleaning ladies are always smiling and respectful to the tenants. The apartment is always clean Thank you so much for your hard work. We’re so lucky to have you as a cleaner. I personally appreciate your attention to detail. Someone stole my parcel that was left on the the mail room floor. Staff from leasing office told me it was my responsibility to receive it in a timely manner. Are you kidding? It’s just common sense not to steal someone’s parcel. I’ve actually seen a note before from someone saying they would contact the police because their package was stolen as well. You can’t trust the people living in this apartment.
