I've rented from O'Neil Property Management for over 13 years. I lived downtown on 5th street and now on Beck lane. Maintenance issues were resolved same day and rent is fair.

I have been at The Harbor at Southaven for a few months now, and I am quite happy. I have had a few small issues like a leaky faucet, clogged drain, etc... and they were all fixed quickly by great maintenance guys in a timely fashion! The office is great at communicating and will post signs, and send emails when maintenance is going on.
They have been very accommodating. I've been living here since last year. The housing is close to campus. They are very easy to talk to and very helpful. Quick to repair maintenance issues.
I've lived at The Harbour at Southhaven for over 5 years. They have met my needs in everyway. Whenever I had to have a maintenance visit they came within two days. I have enjoyed living a quiet life without all the hassels of some apartment complexes.I really enjoyed having my own garage, laundry room and entrance. It was like living in a house not an apartment. Please check this complex out!
