My husband and I had a horrible experience with Brian and the manager. My husband went in earlier in the day to purchase a car and got what they claimed to be the best offer. Later in the day, we called Brian to see if we can come and see the car together. We drove one hour to be there only to find out that they increased their offer. He clearly is running a dishonest business with dirty tactics to lie to his customers. Brian claimed that he made a mistake earlier. I can’t say enough positive things about this dealership and their staff! Prior to going there I had shopped around a bunch and there was no comparison. My experience there was SO much better and I continue to love the car I purchased. I really felt like they treated me fairly and listened to what I was looking for (style, budget, etc). I have always received excellent treatment from the service department. I took my car in today with an unexpected and unfortunate nail in my tire and left smiling. My tire was fixed within 10 minutes, my car was washed and the battery in my key FOB was replaced. Everyone I encountered during my visit was pleasant. Ed from the sales team even found my son a red pen that he needed to complete his homework while we were waiting. We love this dealership!
