Rude staff, yelled my info out loud to “confirm” for everyone to hear. Even if I had a serious neurology issue, I wouldn’t come here. Doesn’t care about patient needs and comfort.
I have seen Brenna for 2 years. She assured me she could help me. She canceled multiple time moving my appts out another 3 months. Yesterday her sect. called to tell me I need to go to a specialist in Rochester. Brenna didn't have the courtesy to call me and explain why she can't see me any more. This is very unprofessional. She knows I can't ride to Rochester as I've recently had major back surgery. VERY DISSATISFIED.
One of the nicest Doctors I’ve seen in a long time.
I have been seeing Dr Hassan for roughly 10 years. As I was waiting to go in for my appointment today I had w major panic attack. Dr Hassan called my phone and asked how he could help. He even offered to drive me home if needed. In the past two years he has shown more thoughtfulness, scholarly advice and care than any Dr I have ever been with.
