Never return phone calls and they don’t answer any questions. That’s very poor service. I have been going there for years and my brain is loaded with spots and I don’t get any answers.. my am very anointed with this offer. I will be looking for a new dr.
I felt out of place there I came in for my balance issues and because my shaky hands and the Dr kept giving me weird looks as if I was dumb or something not comfortable there at all
We were referred here. The Doctor contradicted previously found information. Ok, we followed the medication change. Made things worse, ok medication is tricky. Ordered scans at Oneida Hospital. Little regardless as to our availability, so we rearranged our schedule. Got strict pre-scan diet guidelines 3 days before scan. Did that, Wife fasted day of. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my life. Was referred to Dr. Hassan for balance issues, he was beyond nasty, condescending and lacked any compassion at all. Steer clear of this place! Would have liked to give zero stars if possible!
Rude staff, yelled my info out loud to “confirm” for everyone to hear. Even if I had a serious neurology issue, I wouldn’t come here. Doesn’t care about patient needs and comfort.
