I am sorry to say that my experience with the ER doctor was awful. I will not stop at google reviews. I am aware, even though Dr Rivaro went out of his way to make it known that he just wants to make sure I didn’t have a blood clot and that I wouldn’t drop dead in their parking lot, that the ER is for true emergencies! Went here because of gallstones, had all the right imaging and bloodwork done to make an accurate diagnosis to then schedule surgery. Nurses were kind and attentive. Nobody wants to be in the ER, especially me, but they handled my situation well.
