Wasn’t sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews. Seems like a 50/50 shot at getting a decent PA who cares. Unfortunately, I did not. I went to the ER after experiencing an episode of temporary paralysis, while wide awake, accompanied by a loud ringing and a sharp pain in my head. I am sorry to say that my experience with the ER doctor was awful. I will not stop at google reviews. I am aware, even though Dr Rivaro went out of his way to make it known that he just wants to make sure I didn’t have a blood clot and that I wouldn’t drop dead in their parking lot, that the ER is for true emergencies! I rarely have visited an ER in my life because I do value my time. My insurance is awful so I am responsible for a moderate $$. I have had some knee discomfort since a fall a couple months ago. Went here because of gallstones, had all the right imaging and bloodwork done to make an accurate diagnosis to then schedule surgery. Nurses were kind and attentive. Nobody wants to be in the ER, especially me, but they handled my situation well.
