Did a great job on carpet but they broke something in the house that was very important to the family and they never told anyone about it til they were confronted about it!

The breakage was accidental and happened when the door closed. The customer wasn't home at the time and the installers had every intention to tell the customer about. The installers called the customer an half hour before they finished and forgot to mention the breakage. They were not trying to hide it. They put the piece that fell off the clock in plain sight on a table. We are very sorry that this happened.
