Some company...had an appointment with Oneida Appliance for a Monday morning and they never showed up....upon calling them, they told me "did we have an appointment for today?" Oh wait a moment . . . we did.....I told them to forget it I'd find someone else. Plus they lied to me to weasel out of why they didn't come when they said they would....how do you run a business like this and stay in business?
The Oneida Appliance Service company was very good. The gentleman came to our house the day after we called and quickly diagnosed our problem. He needed to order a part so he came back the next day and fixed our dryer quickly. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. I recommend this company highly.
