In April my husband saw Dr Ryan with muscle weakness, numbness and tingling hands. Unable to lift arms very high. Unable to walk without a cane. Dr. Ryan totally blew him off and said he was fine to work. He had another appointment with Dr Ryan again on 5-13-26 nothing done and no MRi ordered. We changed primary doctors and my husband needed an MRI and ended up having cervical spine surgery with a 5disc fusion. We were told he was close to being totally paralyzed. They've been my primary for years. Complete care. Professionals that take the time to listen. Prompt followup when needed. Never more than a few minutes wait. 100% recommend.
The NP was very rude. I was asking questions and was told to be quiet as we only had 40 minutes scheduled, of which she was 15 late coming into room. If this was my primary, I would switch. It's the patient's right to ask questions even as the patient advocate!
