My experience with this company was a disaster. They promise luxury rentals but actually deliver unvetted homes that are falling apart. The endless service visits will ruin your vacation and make you feel like your housesitting/paying the actual homeowner's mortgage (onefinestay is the middle man). Concierge is a mess. They didn't actually have vendors in place for some of the services they sell so it took weeks to get a quote and no one seems to know what's going on. Responses were clipped and impersonal. They just lost another customer. They have bad representatives, or overworked representatives, but it s not reassuring for a future business partnership when no one gets back to you or worse say they will and do not. A very frustrating experience. I will take my business somewhere else.
I don't usually feel compelled to leave a review but this was such an atrocious experience. When you dedicate time and money, you expect the same in return. NICHOLAS was what you would call a typical LA person. Take your money and time but giving attitude the entire time. If I had a crystal ball to see my experience with Nicolas, I would find another business. For the price, find a real hotel with real customer service without the FAKE LA ATTITUDE!!
