Update 02-28-26: I have been coming to this center for years now. While the staff has changed, they are all so pleasant and very well trained in bedside manner and their skill. So very happy with my experience here! I can’t remember the name of the lady who did the blood donation but she has been working there for 11 years and was fantastic! I went there for a therapeutic phlebotomy ordered by my physician and was very nervous for my first ever blood donation. It went soo smooth and much better than I could have expected. Thank you to that lady who put my fears at ease. Would highly recommend going here if you need/want to donate blood.
It’s been sometime since I donated blood for this organization but the opportunity presented itself and so I visited their Community House location in Charlotte. The staff was great and I had a very pleasant donating experience. The facilities were very well maintained and the equipment appeared to be relatively new. Again, I would note the professionalism, attentiveness and appreciativeness given by the staff. I will definitely donate blood here again.
