Ronda and alex were very friendly, approachable and helpful. They should have a raise.
The only reason its not a zero is because it is not an option! I have been going to the Gainesville location for 5 years for therapeutic blood draws. EVERY single time they cant find my prescription. I have spoken with corporate numerous times, each time assuring me this wont happen again. I just walked out, without my much needed blood draws.. Thank you Alex for at least being the ONLY enjoyable experience I have ever had. Duces OneBlood!!!!!!
