I went to Oneblood on 7/18/2025 Spring Hill Fl location after have bad experiences with lifesouth, who have technicians that just are not qualified to draw blood, I went to Oneblood and Kimberly was great first stick drew blood, her and Nicole were great. I highly recommend Oneblood in Spring Hill, highly trained professionals.
We always look forward to seeing our friends at the Spring Hill ,Fl. blood donor center. Kimberly is always upbeat and happy to see all the donors come in. The service she provides is always excellent and professional all the way. Thank you for the great care and look forward to our next donation.
I have been going to the Spring Hill OneBlood location weekly for almost 2 months due to doctor script. I have been to a few different OneBloods in Florida, and the Spring Hill location is by far one of the BEST. Every time I have gone in, the ladies have been amazing and professional. Nicki, Kimberly, and Nicole have been so attentive and treat you like a person and not just a number or someone they 'have' to deal with. Came to donate whole blood. The total time being there was approximately 2 hours. I previously made an appointment so I didn’t have to sit there forever, which is usually the point of making an appointment. When they got me back, the nurse stuck me, but it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing because, for the first time in my life, I had “hard to find veins” and I was “slow flowing”. She was constantly calling the other nurse over for help, but nothing seemed like could be done. They ended up ending it early.
Awful experience. First off had an appointment scheduled and it still took 2 hours just to give whole blood which usually takes 20 minutes. Then they couldn’t find veins for us and never hurt so bad getting an IV in my life. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. Just trying to do a good thing and it was like we were inconveniencing them by even being there.
