This particular location is wonderful and that is due to the hard working dedicated staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This center and staff are awesome. Kimberly and Nicole keep the atmosphere calm and welcoming and they are warm, friendly, kind and professional. Nikki knows my blood type before I do!! . Like all donation centers they have the usual treat and drinks, but they also always have something extra. I got a shamrock pin and some sugar cookies at my March donation. I have been going to Spring Hills' OneBlood donation center at 13463 County Line Road for at least two years now. Kymberly and Nicole (hope I spelled Nicole correctly) know their stuff, and they do a great job poking their noses...needles...into my busines...I mean my arms. They are very good at acknowledging all who enter the door, and doing the preliminary screenings to help those donating to give the best they can give.
