RecommendedI just want to say that I had THE best experience today at your Hollywood, FL location. I am NOT good at all with giving blood (I always get very queasy and feel faint)....and Orlett and the awesome supervisor who signed me all in (I am so sorry that I don't remember her name...I am terrible with names, please forgive me) made me so comfortable and totally took care of me. I want to express my deepest disappointment! I made an appointment to donate whole blood today (05/31/2020) at 3pm at the Marshall's 14093 S.W. 88 Street Parking Lot Miami, FL 33186 location. I am an international student from Europe here in Miami, FL. I come from a family where blood donations are a normal and regular thing. As a blood center we are regulated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and must follow all guidelines for blood donation. This deferral is simply a precautionary measure taken by the FDA and OneBlood to increase safety of the blood supply.
