Had a appointment at 1:30. They called a lady before me who had a 2pm appt. This is the second time this has happened to me. Also they are very slow at everything. When i take my lunch break to donate blood, i expect it to be timely.
This place is my favorite! My girl Angie is the best phlebotomist and platelet technician ever and has never missed my vein. She is incredible and I cannot brag enough about the girls here at this location. Shannon is a total sweetheart and gentle. Adda (not sure if I spelled it right but sounds like "A-duh") is so funny and they all have been incredible. It feels like family when I come here.
