This place is my favorite! My girl Angie is the best phlebotomist and platelet technician ever and has never missed my vein. She is incredible and I cannot brag enough about the girls here at this location. Shannon is a total sweetheart and gentle. Adda (not sure if I spelled it right but sounds like "A-duh") is so funny and they all have been incredible. It feels like family when I come here.
I went to donate whole blood today. Christopher was my tech. He was very friendly and very informative. He talked with me during ny donation and explained everything . The whole staff were very helpful
This was my 2nd time donating at this location and great service both times, but I do have to give a shout out to Ada who took care of me yesterday. She was so friendly and great at what she does! I have small veins that tend to roll and haven't been able to give blood a few times due to the techs not being able to get the needle in and tearing up my arm in the process. (Not at this location)... This was NOT the case with Ada. I barely even felt the stick! She was a pro and I've never had as smooth of an experience as I did ... read more
Updated rating to 5. I returned to the PC location today (Sept19) without having an appointment. The phlebotomist (Ada) was very kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. Total visit was around 30 mins; check-in, preliminary testing, questionnaire, and donation. I hope to have the same experience at next months donation. Original review (Sept16) Mixed experiences at this location, today was terrible. Left without donating after waiting 30 mins for a qualified staff member to check in for a therapeutic donation.... read more
