Mike has such a smooth insertion...and i barely feel a thing
I sent a comment via the oneblood contact about my platelet donation on ThursdayJune 19, but I don't think it was passed on to the staff. So I will repeat here. Jessica did my donation that day. I don't remember who the other two staff members were (my bad) but all three were fabulous. They worked well as a team and all checked on me while I was in the chair. Fantastic and friendly staff! So much better than the location on Kingsley.
Although this is not a plasma center and the only payment will be a $20 gift card emailed so you need a printer as well. But the place was great and the staff was incredible and so kind.
