I donated blood here on Sunday, 10/11/25. The female phlebotomists were absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and skilled. However, I had a poor experience with the male tech. I told him a certain vein was a bad spot, but he chose to try it anyway. That attempt failed, and I was left with severe bruising on that arm — worse than I’ve ever had after donating. Must have appointments
Made an appointment for 5 and sent my prescription over. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for them to tell me I would have to wait another 25 minutes because they couldn’t upload my prescription. Complete waste of time. Was unable to stay for that long as I had another appointment. Can’t believe it’s this difficult to donate blood.
