I took a whole day off work specifically to come in and donate blood to support the community. Instead of being welcomed, I was turned away at the front desk by an incredibly rude receptionist just because I had a Band-Aid on my arm from a routine lab draw earlier in the day. If there is a strict policy regarding recent skin punctures, it should be explained professionally and respectfully—not with attitude and hostility. My wife and I have been donating here for a little over a year now without any issues. The team does a great job there and we’re normally in and out pretty much as fast as possible.
Just wanted to say thank you for getting me in last minute. Keke, Krisin, and Princess were awesome, I felt like family down there. Krisin was really good with the getting me all hooked up, I didn’t feel a thing. Keke and Princess made sure I was doing good, they brought me over treats during the donation. Again thank you ladies for the exceptional customer service. This how a customer should be treated!!
Daniel was very nice and was very hospitable! As a O neg blood donor I make sure to give as soon as I can each time due to the three people who desperately depend on my donations. God gave me the ability to help those in need and it is to glorify His name that I give my blood to give others the opportunity to live a healthier life.
