Second time I’ve gone there and arrived at 3::35 or 3:40 and told me “sorry we are closed”. Sign says 4:00? Turn away somebody with universal O+ blood? Lazy ass staff

Can’t say enough good things about Michele. A bad experience years ago has made me a nervous donor. Michele put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. She sat with me throughout the process helping me relax. My best experience donating blood over the last couple of decades.
This is for a donation made on June 5, 2023. Time to do some good and a pint of life giving blood does this. Went in earlier than my appointment because I misjudged traffic but was attended soon after they finished prepping the person who was ahead of me. Vitals were done, I was soon on the slouchy chair to give up some of my whole blood. There were two employees manning the place that Sunday and three donating in the platelets drive area, which means they were there for at least two hours.
