Chloe, you completely wasted my time. Made an appointment at 10:30 on Friday, came in and I didn't realize that I needed to tell them a shot name because I went to the ER last weekend and got a shot. Two needles. Two hours. Two incredible phlebotomists! I have been donating platelets since 2019, but this is the first time I used two needles. I was apprehensive, but Christina helped me through it! She was friendly, kind, and professional, carefully explaining the entire process. I couldn't have gotten through it without her steady, calm demeanor. David was also a calming presence. Together, they make a great team!
