I tried to donate blood but the heart rate was a bit elevated i’m coming back to the donor center
After the Orlando shooting I found myself asking "what can I do to help?" I know there are so many people that are hurt that need blood. I decided to give back by giving blood. The staff here were very nice and supportive on the subject. Please help!!!blood is needed.
