Este lugar tienen 0 en atención al cliente, teníamos una cita para donar sangre y nos digeron que por no hablar inglés no era posible y lo más absurdo del caso es que yo hablo inglés y no dejaron que yo ayudara en la traducción, realmente nos sentimos discriminados por parte del equipo de esta locación, es la segunda vez que nos sucede algo así en este lugar

You guys are amazing always Klien always on time and Aldine is amazing.. has never hurt me with the Stick one shot and she’s in. Always has a smile on her face. And most importantly, you guys have a great variety of snacks and drinks. So I don’t mind exchanging my blood for snacks so thank you

I went to that place to donate blood and the lady didn’t let me donate because she didn’t speak English and she didn’t even try to help me. Siempre he donado en ese lugar y la persona no me quiso ayudar por no hablar inglés

I had an appointment for 1:30 on Friday. They close at 2pm. I waited 1 hour until 2:30 before I lost my Patience. The employee was doing everything Accept taking care of me. putting things up. Get ready to leave. Finally, I had had enough and told them I was leaving.Then they say oh we can take your blood now and it'll only take six minutes. I have o negative blood. And I will never come back here to donate again.
