Another excellent donation here at this location. Convenient commute from my dwelling; I try to donate as frequently possible. I am generally one of the earliest appointments as I try to be the first one in and out to start my day. The ladies who operate this facility are always welcoming and kind to speak with, there’s usually a topic we can converse about for the time being haha. The front desk person was very rude and unprofessional. I had scheduled a time to donate platelets a few weeks ago and when I arrived they told me I would need to wait another hour because there were still donors in the chairs. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I did. Unfortunately I was a few minutes late for my next scheduled appointment and even though the chair was available and their next appt was almost two hours away she said they only had a ten minute grace period and asked if I wanted to reschedule.
