I have had an awful time just trying to see if they have availability I keep getting the run around from the customer service. They gave me an email that say Lorenze and I have email respectfully three times. Called twice each time that I would get a response giving hope for a bus yet nothing. I wish they would just tell me they’re booked and I could easily move on.
Bus 312 OBVIOUSLY LATE, SPEEDING down South Halsted Street approx 109th and 110th Streets…ALL ON MY TAIL before they passed me! They turned off Halsted and onto a side street. I made a right at 111th which is where I saw them turning off the side street and on to 111th in front of me and STILL SPEEDING! I would trust my hamster on this bus let alone ANY human being! I hope this person is reprimanded!
Bus 312 going northbound on kedzie was clearly running late by the way he was driving. Driving on uncoming traffic to try to get to the left green turn light almost causing an accident on West 47th street
The drivers are inexperienced and very rude to the parents with kids who have disabilities .
