Horrible customer service, they don't inform parents if the bus is late, if the bus isn't coming, just terrible!
Very thankful for their attentive support after we had a lost item on a bus. Very kind and supportive.
Just had a situation with bus 1/21/2026 306 on 115th and Morgan at 830am. Bus did not stop at stop sign and turned on street almost into my car. And then told me to back up. I just called the number associated with Google for someone to pick up and not say anything the first time and the second time a man answers and not respond to what I was saying and only say yes when I was trying to report the bus. Very unprofessional
I have had an awful time just trying to see if they have availability I keep getting the run around from the customer service. They gave me an email that say Lorenze and I have email respectfully three times. Called twice each time that I would get a response giving hope for a bus yet nothing. I wish they would just tell me they’re booked and I could easily move on.
