Best gym I’ve joined since moving to Sydney!! The environment and culture is so motivating. The coaching staff is uplifting and encouraging every day.
I recently became a member of the One80 Gym community, and it has been the best decision I’ve made in regards to my health, and holistic wellbeing. Here, I feel like a valued individual, not just a number. The care and training I receive on a daily basis is of the highest quality! Their culture is second to none, and One80’s motto of “better than yesterday” is evident in everyone who walks through the doors. Would recommend wholeheartedly 😊
