Best trainer in South Florida. Phenomenal results with great rates. Saw results in just a couple of weeks. Mike made the workouts fun and I never felt really achy. He really has an instinct for knowing what is right for you and if you feel the slightest bit off about anything you are doing, a particular machine or move, he will instantly adjust and you're doing something else. He is funny and sociable and makes the time pass so you hardly know your working out.
