Recently toured One23 and loved how spacious the units are. Cindy was so informative and did a great job of finding an apartment that fits our needs. This is by far the nicest apartment community in the area for the price.
Clean, updated apartments with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Very happy with my decision to make this a home.
Don’t be misguided by the photos and advertisement. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Management can care less of the premises. Don’t bother. You will be charged more fees once they lure you in. The super Edgar always went above and beyond for the tenants but he is no longer with us due to the incompetence of management. They will squeeze you of every penny you earn.
