About a year ago I decided to try extensions. I was nervous about it because I didn't know what to expect. A year later and I'm still going strong! My hair is normally thin and the extensions add the volume that I need. In addition to the extensions, my stylist wanted to give me a warmer color for the season. I have been struggling to find a salon in West Palm that would dye my hair the color I wanted (blue-black). I found One IX on Google and then checked them out on Yelp and I'm so glad I called them! Very friendly and professional and my hair looks exactly the way I wanted it too. I will be going back soon to get a keratin treatment and will continue to go there for all my hair needs! Thank you for making my hair look awesome!

THANK YOU, GRISELE!!!! I was at the salon yesterday and the customer service was wonderful. I am new to WPB and desperately needed a hair salon. I came to One XI and i'm so thankful I did. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for what I'd had done. I walked into the salon with dead, badly cut, bad-colored hair and left with a beautiful, chic short hair style. GRISEL did an amazing job on my high/low lights! I wouldn't trust anyone else else to color it.She is a true artist and is very skilled at her craft!

I haven't even stepped foot in the salon yet and I already feel like this place is the perfect choice. I have aspergers which makes certain social situations extremely difficult for me and being on the phone is one of those things. The people there have been helping me as much as they possibly can through messages and have been some of the nicest sweetest people. This salon is great & my hair stylist Grisel is simply the best! When you sit down in her chair, it is as if she is an artist and you are her canvas. She is a master with color and knows exactly how to place highlights so that your hair looks so natural. And to top it off, she cut the perfect amount of layers into it so that I felt like a "true masterpiece."
