no sufficient parking...my son and his girlfriend got both their cars towed. No tow signs. 400.00 to retrieve car. don't move here.
Overall experience has been great. Units are super nice and up to date. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. The pool is awesome. My only complaint is that the parking situation has been absolutely terrible. We live in a building with 12 3-bedroom units, and there are only 16 parking spaces in front of our building. There are garages available to certain units, but not all of those garages are being used, hence the parking problem. I am staying in One White Oak apartments. On multiple occasions, I have made complaints about my neighbors above me being very loud above me and nothing has been done about it. The neighbors have been so loud that it makes my apartment. shake. On May 21st, I left town for a week and when I came back from vaction, I noticed that there was water in my apartment. I called managment and told them that the braker was also tripped while I was away. When maintenance came out, they turned the braker on and said that there was nothin... read more
Beautiful apartments, we love living here! The staff is easy to work with and thoughtful. I highly recommend living in One White Oak to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
