RecommendedBeautiful Property. One of the best in Cumming.
I just moved in on January 4, 2020. Just a week, but I'm amazed at how spacious a one-bedroom can be! Looking forward to meeting neighbors!
I moved here in Oct 2017 and I think it's wonderful place to live. I love my apartment and how quiet and pretty it is here. I feel very safe which is important to me! I've never had anything but pleasant interactions with the office staff. I highly recommend it!
Won’t return security deposits despite promising to do so!! Buyer beware!!
My lease ended on 11/30/18 and I am still waiting to receive back my security deposit. When I called the One White Oak Management office they told me only their corporate office would handle returning my security deposit to me. So I asked them for their corporate’s contact information and they told me to Google it.
Very clean and quiet community, office staff is always so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend!
5 stars for One White Oak apartments !! I have lived here for 6 months and love it ! Amenities are superior and the staff is superb ....from the maintenance crew ( my issues which I have few .. are addressed and resolved in a very timely manner!!) to the sweet smiling management staff !!! My kids and I moved in this Summer! It has been a perfect fit from the start. The community is full of precious people that just surround you with open arms. Every time I am up enjoying our resort style pool someone is grilling something yummy and hands me a plate. It is the sweetest thing. The Puppy Park is my next favorite thing. They need to get their priorities straight. No one cares about a dog park or a playground if you can’t even park where you live.
