I wish I had read the previous review before moving into the place. The apartment is definitely not safe and has terrible leasing agents and service. It has not been a pleasant experience.
SCAM!!!!!! This place is a rip off they sale there place by luring college kids in by offering them "so-called" specials and then turn around and deny any of the information they gave to the college kids. DO NOT LEASE! You will be financially screwed!!! Pros: Brand New, Energy Efficient, Some paid utilities, Individual leasing. Cons: SCAM!!!!
