If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. We left a lockbox with a key for the plumber to access our home, and unfortunately, the experience was completely unprofessional. They broke off our safety lock from the door and didn’t even bother to mention it we just found it lying on the floor. To make matters worse, they used one of my child’s towels to clean up their mess, left the bathroom in total disarray, and got all our toilet paper wet, making it unusable. Ghetto scheduler/dispatcher lied to my property manager that she called me several times to schedule services. I did not hear from this company at all in 2 days, so I scheduled with a different company who provided prompt services.
