If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. We left a lockbox with a key for the plumber to access our home, and unfortunately, the experience was completely unprofessional. They broke off our safety lock from the door and didn’t even bother to mention it we just found it lying on the floor. To make matters worse, they used one of my child’s towels to clean up their mess, left the bathroom in total disarray, and got all our toilet paper wet, making it unusable. Ghetto scheduler/dispatcher lied to my property manager that she called me several times to schedule services. I did not hear from this company at all in 2 days, so I scheduled with a different company who provided prompt services.
I called One Way because my water heater went out didn't have hot water for 2 days, they rushed the parts I needed and came out right away. From start to finish they were professional as can be. Great group of guys and I really appreciate the punctuality and ease of the process. Thank you One Way!
Urgent sevice required.Arrived within 2 hours, fixed clogged drain.Reasonable rate. Plumber wore mask. All good!! ****11/27/23 Needed bathroom sink & tub drain cleared, same day, 3 years since previous visit. One Way plumber, Scott Johnson arrived in 2.5 hrs, cleared drains, & left bathroom in pristine shape. He gave options, & let me decide what work to proceed with! Always kind & dependable!!!💜💜💜💜💜
