I arrived about 5 minutes late for my pickup, just as the staff were about to lock the doors. They kindly let me in and processed me quickly, getting me into my car within 10 minutes. I truly appreciated their willingness to help, as I was renting the car for a relative's funeral, and I would have been unable to make it otherwise. I attempted to tip the crew for their assistance, but they politely declined. Returning the vehicle took less than 5 minutes as well. This was my first time at this rental location and the service was exceptional! The staff member greeted us immediately with a smile and ensured we were satisfied with our car choice. They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning for our next rental.
