Jim is the best mechanic in town, he is definitely the most honest and truthful. Trustworthy, I don’t repair anywhere else.
Very professional, respectful, honest and detail-oriented. The owner took time to explain in detail what's going on with my car, which services are most urgent and which ones I could manage without and how best to care for my car.
I had an oil leak in my Odyssey. Other stores gave all kinds of reasons and very high quotes. Jim was able to identify the reason (damaged O-ring) and fix it very timely. The service is very professional, and the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend Jim!
