Everyday there's a new surprise.. be it a broken door, elevator being out, alarms going off... They have one cart for moving heavy things. It's those carts bellhops use, and all 4 tires are flat. That's what they make the poor people at the front door use to bring your packages to your floor. The building has had extensive water damage in its short life, with shoddy repairs visible to the naked eye.
