Great apartment to live in Philadelphia! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the building is always clean and well maintained. The rooftop is hands down one of the best in Philly. You get breathtaking views of both the bridge and the city, and it never gets old. The gym is also well equipped and more than sufficient for daily workouts. Special shout-out to Michael Blenk. I just wanted to take a moment too mention the management team at One Water, specifically Michael Blenk. Michael truly goes above and beyond. He is responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about the happiness and safety of the residents and about the the building. Anytime I’ve needed anything, he’s been available, kind, and proactive about finding solutions (but he usually already knows how to fix the issue!) The security situation needs significant improvement, as the guard displayed a lack of professionalism during my brief visit. He harassed me with intrusive questions about my destination and the identity of the resident I was meeting, despite my clear explanation that my family lived there and that I was simply waiting for someone. His approach was neither polite nor understanding; instead, it felt more like an interrogation, which made me uncomfortable. I really enjoy living here! This will be my fourth year at One Water and I still love the building, the area, and my place. The team here is always kind and helpful, shout out Michael, Jessi, & Derek! Excited to upgrade to the two bedroom with the city view!
